"Refund was handled without any back-and-forth"
I asked for a refund and it came through quickly. Didn’t have to keep checking in or explain things over and over, which was a nice change.

"Finding a parking spot took forever... and…"
Finding a parking spot took forever... and by the time I got inside, I already felt rushed before my session had even started. Just not a great setup, and frustrating overall.

"I’ve had a couple of issues where..."
I’ve had a couple of issues where the charges didn’t look quite right, which was a little frustrating. Support did help eventually, though the response time was slower than I would’ve liked. Hopefully it gets smoother from here.

"Cleaner Than Most Changing Rooms"
Used the changing room today it was better than a lot of others I’ve been in. It was clean, dry, and didn’t have that usual locker room smell. The lockers worked fine too, so no issues from me.

"Pretty Convenient, Just Wish Weekends Were Longer"
The opening hours are handy for the most part, which I really appreciate. It makes things feel a lot less stressful during the week. I do wish the weekend hours were a bit longer though, because that would make life so much easier for me.

"Really easy to use, thanks!"
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the Everyone Active website was to use. It loaded quickly and I didn’t have to dig around for ages to find my local centre, which I really appreciated. Booking a swim and checking class times was straightforward, even on my phone. The layout is clear, and the account section didn’t feel confusing like some other sites can. It only took me a few minutes from start to finish, so I’m really grateful for how simple they’ve made it. Happy overall!

"Just Way Too Busy"
Every time I’ve been, it’s absolutely packed. The gym floor is full, most of the machines are taken, and I feel like I spend more time waiting around than actually working out. The pool isn’t much better either, loads of people in there and barely any room to swim properly. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like they’re letting too many people in at once. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

"Clean and Well Looked After"
I’ll give credit where it’s due — the changing rooms and gym were really clean today. Staff were even checking the bins regularly, which was nice to see. it shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but compared to other visits, this was definitely better.

"Pretty accessible overall"
I go to Everyone Active with my mum, who has some mobility issues, and it’s been mostly fine for us. There are ramps where we need them, the staff are usually good about helping with doors, and the changing room is decent enough. The only small downsides are that some of the signs could be a bit clearer, and the lifts can take ages when it’s busy. Still, compared to some places we’ve been to, it’s definitely… yeah, good overall.

"Booking was easy, even if it lagged a bit"
The booking process was easy enough, so I don’t really get why people would make a big deal out of it. Yeah, some pages loaded a little slowly at times, but it wasn’t like it ruined the whole experience or anything. I was still able to get everything done without much hassle.

"Does the job, even if it feels a bit slow on purpose sometimes"
I mainly use Everyone Active to book my gym and swim sessions, and to be fair, it works fine most of the time. I can usually log in without any drama and changing a booking is straightforward. It does slow down now and then, especially when everyone’s probably trying to grab the same slots, and part of me does wonder if they don’t mind it being a bit clunky so people give up on the busiest times. But it’s never been a major problem for me. It saves me having to phone up, which is enough of a win, so I’m happy enough with it overall.

"Friendly staff make a big difference"
I’ve been going to my local Everyone Active for a while now, and the staff have always been really friendly. They say hello when you come in, point you in the right direction if you’re not sure where to go, and never make you feel awkward for asking questions. It just makes the whole experience feel much easier and more welcoming. Overall, I’d say it’s a really positive place to go.

"Decent gym, but the support was confusing??"
I go to my local Everyone Active centre and the gym itself is fine, no real complaints there. But the customer service has been frustrating?? I emailed twice about a membership issue and the replies took ages, then when they did come back they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I also tried calling and it kind of felt like they were trying to rush me off the phone instead of actually helping. It did get sorted in the end, but only after I chased again. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying when you’re only trying to get a simple issue fixed.

"Canceling took maybe 5 minutes"
I needed to cancel my membership and expected it to be a bit of a pain, but it was straightforward. There were only a few steps, maybe 3 or 4, and they were clear enough to follow without having to contact support a bunch of times. I had it wrapped up in around 5 minutes or so, which was a nice surprise. No stress, just done

"Issue got sorted in the end"
I had a frustrating problem with my membership i was literally ready to leave a bad review. I got in touch with Everyone Active and after a couple of messages, they actually took the time to look into it properly. The issue was sorted and I got a clear response, not some generic copy-paste reply. I still wish it hadn’t happened in the first place, but the way they handled it was fair. Happy to update this to 5 stars.

"A Decent Swim With a Slightly Grim Plot Twist"
The pool itself is fine — the water temperature is usually decent and it does the job if you just want a quick swim. But then you enter the changing rooms or walk around poolside and suddenly the whole experience takes a bit of a dramatic turn. It can feel a bit grubby here and there, which is a shame because it wouldn’t take much to make the place feel way better. Not a disaster by any means, but I do wish it was kept cleaner.

"Good value so far"
I’ve only been a member for a few months, so I can’t say I’ve tested everything or compared it against every other option, but so far it feels like good value. I usually use the gym and go for a swim a couple of times a week, and for me it seems to work out cheaper than paying each time...

"Most of the time there’s plenty of..."
Most of the time there’s plenty of equipment available, so I can just come in and get started without really having to stand around waiting, which is nice because once I’m ready to work out I don’t want to lose momentum.

"I’ve had a really good experience…"
I’ve had a really good experience with the instructors at my local Everyone Active. They’re friendly, explain things properly, and you can tell they’re trying to help everyone, even when the classes are a bit packed. I know some people might moan about it being busy, but that’s not exactly the instructors’ fault, and they still do their best to give people attention. Overall, I’m happy with it and would keep going.
